i go to a small private school, and i only have about 8 girls in my class. and all of them are spreading rumors about me! they say im talking behind their backs, but i really havent! i feel so alone. how can i make friends when nobody believes me?

My guess is just one of your "friends" started the rumors. It only takes one envious girl to turn all the other girls against you. Just go to each of them separately and ask them what's up. Let them know how much you value their friendship and that there is no way you would talk about them behind their back. Ask where they got their information. I'm sure it will all starting pointing to the one person who started it. Good luck.

Ok. So if the rumors aren't true then it shouldn't matter what the other people are saying. Also those friends you lost probably weren't your real friends because true friends don't stop talking to you because you're "bi". I don't think you should confront her at school if it will lead to a fight because a suspension doesn't look good on your records. So just ask her to meet you some where private, like at your house, or go over to her house and talk to her. And calmly ask her why she's spreading those rumors. And I usually just remember that people will always talk, you might as well give them something to talk about because they're making you famous.

My advice to you would be to ignore the rumors because why get mad if it's not true, know what i mean? and if your so called "friends" are spreading rumors about you then sweetheart they're not really your friends at all. If the girls are giving you problems go to your counselor and talk to him or her about the issue and if that doesn't work then you can tell the girls to back off!! but you don't need them as friends anyway you not that lonely for those type of people are you?. Best thing to do is to be your own best friend, but try to make friends outside of school.

Try telling them that you never did anything like that. Someone just could've started up a rumor just to make you feel bad. It could take a few days just for them to recover your trust in you, but rumors die soon!

i feel bad for you. if they are spreadign rumors about you, they really arent 'friends'. i would just ignore them and continue to say no. if you give in and let them see your true feelings, then that might make it worse. that is mean that they would do that though. time will pass and they will move on to another rumor about someone else. until then, just hang in there and you will survive. good luck!

Try talking to them and letting them know that nomatter what they believe u arent starting and spreading any rumors about them. If they are contiueing to do this, try talking to your parents and getting moved to another school. Noone deserves to go through this in school. good luck sweetie

The hell with them....... in less than 4 yrs you never have to put up with stupid HS stuff any more.
Just write a note...copy it and give each a copy.
In it...say "hey...I don't know what you think, but I didn't do it, I didn't say it!...and if you don't believe me...screw you!"

well, u dont need such friends. u can make friends out of school and have a hi hello relationship with these girls. u dont have to prove urself if ur innocent!

OK. First of all confront them all say like. Why are you saying these things about me if first of all you dont ecven know me! and i dont know you guys well either so why should i say anything! make new friendz ! its easy just smile at all people! trust me girls can be dumb!
