Anti-semitism is the unfair treatment or dislike of Jews. I've never heard of a term similar to that for the Japanese other than racially prejudiced. Perfect example of how not to be!

The Jews are ethnically Semites, so that applies only to Jews. Japanese, however are Nipponese, an Americanized version of the Japanese word. So you could use anti-Nipponese.
In the 1940's and 1950's, after WWII, there were many terms used in the U.S. for Japanese ethnicity. They shouldn't be repeated.

there is no specific word, but anti-asian would work.
anti-semitism refers to the descendants of the Semites, who are the jews and muslims.
anti-japanese would also work. or you could reword the sentence where you're using it so you can sue a phrase like "not liking the japanese people" instead of just one word

'"Sometimes the term Japanophobia is also used ." "the Japan bashing of the 1980s" "Anti-Japanese sentiment"
http://www.reference.com/browse/wiki/Anti-Japanese_sentiment
As the others have said, you can't use anti-Semitism. You can't use anti-Asian either as it's too general a term for just Japanese.
I assume this is for your thesis? Good luck with it!
