when I try to go on , sometimes it's slow and it will say internet explorer cannot display webpage.. then I run the network diagnostics and sometimes it says cannot connect to internet using http, https, or ftp probably caused by a firewall setting, then sometimes it will say, connection has been restored, and it will work alright. I checked those ports and opened them but I still have the problem, can some one help I'v been going crazy for 3 weeks now!

Are you on a wireless network? Are you connecting to your own router? How far is it? Are you using the Windows Wireless Client?
