I'm fair skinned with blue eyes.. you can use anything! I usually stick to pinks and browns.. it's more subtle.

I have blue eyes and light skin too, and I usually use covergirl eyeshadow. It's really inexpensive and usually comes in trios that go well together and look great. I usually use a shimmery light brown or beige that's just a few tones darker than my skin tone because it makes your eyes really stand out. Or you can try a light blue/silvery color, but don't use anything too bright or it just looks silly. You can then apply a light brown mascara, or eyeliner. Hope this helps you!!!

Almay has eye shadows made for specific eye colors and the ones for blue eyes are shades of blues and browns. If you choose blues don't use too bright of a blue or you will look like a clown. Go for gray blues or navy.

Go for the bronzes and golds. Maybe even into the brown tones. Gold is flattering on all eye colors because it makes the eye seem more open.
If you're looking for something different though I would even suggest a silver. It would enhance the shimmer in your eyes and look good with your light complexion.

i would have to say green because lets see fair skin blue eyes, and green eye shadow very hip!!

I think a nice brown tan type of a color I had the same question once and I had the same problem!
But anyway I went with a shimmery brown.
And a lip gloss.

a very light brown a dark blue and or or spring green. Or any color that you are wearing execute black or a page white.

don't use any
if you have blue eyes and very light skin, its pretty enough already
especially with jet black hair, especially if its down to the floor
