No! Thats a myth!

No. Shaving hair doesn't make it grow back thicker. It also doesn't affect the color or rate of growth. The color, location, thickness and length of hair on your body mainly depend on genetics and hormones.

After you shave body hair, it may feel coarse or "stubbly" for a time as it grows out. During this phase, it may be more noticeable — and may appear darker or thicker. But it's not.

There are many hair removal methods available. These include:

Shaving
Waxing
Tweezing
Electrolysis
Lasers
Prescription creams
See your doctor if you have a sudden increase in facial or body hair. Some medical conditions and medications can cause excess hair growth.

Nope, that's in straightforward terms a fantasy. Hair in straightforward terms seems to be thicker after shaving because of fact the tip of the hair is blunt from being cut back. This makes the hair seem to be thicker whilst saved short.

Of course not. Hair grows from your hair follicles which are already pre-determined at birth. Shaving does not increase hair follicles, so it won't grow more hair or change the texture. If it did, I'm sure there wouldn't be many bald people or people with thinning hair.

no. it actually gets cut off somewhere in the middle of the hair, and from there, that portion of the hair does not see light, therefor appearing thicker, when actually it is only darker in color not thickness. only appears that way.
