I looked at the website posted below and was horrified.

As it turns out “innit” is slang for just about anything you don’t want to take the time to say, or so the website points out. I, however, must say that “innit” and other “words” like it are further signs of degeneration in this last age-Kali Yuga, Iron Age, Dark Age etc. etc.- where people, as a whole, have no consideration with what they come from.

I happen to be an Indo-European. I come from a great and rich culture and heritage. It so happens that the culture I come from is an oral culture, meaning things were passed through the generations by word-of-mouth not written record. Because of my past I think it is important to study words, understand their meaning, and use them correctly. Now like every other human, I do make the occasional error; however, I do put forth effort and consideration into the words I use. People today are just becoming too lazy and passive to care about anything that is real.

So use it in a sentence for us to see how you're using it. Because if you wanting to say isn't, then that's just a lazy tongue and "innit' is not a word as recognized by society.
