flirt a little first just to see if hes interested. maybe dont tell him on his b-day... wait a few days. i remember i liked my best friend and i just wrote him a note saying i really liked him and gave it to him... now we have been goin out for a long time and we're both really happy... so just tell him! and if he doesnt feel the same way, you'll meet other guys, and maybe he'll start to like you later, you never know until you try! :D

that's a confusing question. that's happened to me before, last year actually. i'd say tell him and if he doesn't have the same feelings, ask if you can at least still be friends. that way you should win which ever way it goes!^_^
