When you step into an elevator? I cant get in until I check it first....

I check it for creepy ppl hiding in the corner..not to see if the cable would break...I dont have esp...lol

No, I don't get nervous when I step into elevators. You are wise to check before you get in. Don't get in if there is any man in there alone. if you do its a fact when the door closes you trapped inside with a strange man who could potentially harm you. that's a fact better safe than sorry !

My Dad used to work for the Otis Elevator Company as an engineer and he didn't make junk so I always check to see if it is an Otis and if it is not THEN I get nervous. Got stuck between floors on a freight elevator at work years ago and I was TERRIFIED!!!!

Check it for what? Like you are going to be able to tell if the cable is a little weak about five feet above the elevator? Good luck with that...

I don't get nevous, I freak out in them. I got stuck for over six hours in one when I was child, then I got stuck in one when the United States Eastern Seaboard experienced a black out. So its safe to say I'm not happy in an elevator.

yes I got stuck in an elevator alone and it was scary even though it was only for 15 minutes.

Just try and relax.
They are very safe but if you ever did get stuck in one, just ring the alarm bell and wait until someone comes to get you out.

I hate elevators!!! I always stand in the back and hold onto the bar...and close my eyes... and wait for the crash!!!
