There is no real tried and true method of training aside from just playing games and learning from your mistakes.
Other methods:
-Observe games and analyze why the winner won and why the loser lost.
-Play a decktype you've never played before. It will help you become accustomed to unfamiliar situations.
-Go to http://www.pojo.biz/board and http://www.metagame.com
Both sites have good information on Yu-Gi-Oh, from tournaments to the hottest new cards. Knowledge is power. :o)

nope, im already good, i play against myself, it might sound crazy but its hard, I use another types of decks to train against my spellcaster deck
