For the last 3 or 4 days I have been experiencing menstraul like cramps, I know that it can't be my period coming back on becuz I just had a cycle thanksgiving...What could be causing this?

This sounds like a condition called "Mittleschmirtz". Funny name, but basically it means pain in the middle of your cycle. It is usually due to ovulation.

It may be an ovarian cyst, which most likely is harmless, many women experience ovarian cysts, I would recommend that you make an appointment with your GYN and have them do a pelvic exam and ask for an ultrasound. If the cyst is bad enough it may rupture and that is extremely painful and requires surgery some times, so if the becomes a consistent problem and doesn't resolve shortly you should get checked out.

I have cramps after wards sometimes also, I don't think it's anything to worry about but just a big nuisance. Hope this helps.

are you sure the cramps are menstrual?
alot of girls get craps a week before and a week after there period.
grab a warm bean bag and lie on ure stomach with it

Lots of things... cysts on ovaries, urinary tract infections, appendicitis... Go see your regular MD, they can run some tests...
