You are mixing two neck accessories, which is a little over the top. Remember less is more. As a Hollywood Stylist, I would have to see it. The cream should go with the pearls fine, as pearls are pearly white (good ones).

If you are talking about head scarf, then, yes. A head scarf with oversized sunglasses and pearls is a very chic look. If you are talking about a neck scarf, then definitely. A black scarf, especially looks great with pearls. Check out this site: http://americanchic.net/Pearls.html

I would say that yes, it would be fine. eventhough the colors are different, they will not look too gaudy. Just dont wear that and like a green shirt or something.
