Is this even a serious question? A PSP! Goodness you must be crazy if you would want a bow and arrow over a psp. You need some logical reasoning behind it besides that the PSP is awesome? Okay. You can use the PSP all year round, and you can only use the bow and arrow for a short period during the year, therefore the PSP is more practical. So there ya go.
