You have a lot of protection there. I use only Windows Firewall and Norton Antivirus.
You will need to go to the options in each program and very carefull read and check the options that are appropriate. Also you should turn off your Windows Firewall if it is on since you have another firewall.
Also check this our.
On an internet page .. Go to
Tools
internet options
Privacy tab
And reduce your internet security..
Also try..
Tools
Internet
security
default level
Set as desired

That's probably the Norton Firewall. When it ask to allow or not allow, did you see a check box that say don't ask again? Ckick on that if Norton has it. Usually when to go to new website it will ask you only once. Open Norton firewall and find the option to not ask a second time, it should be somewhere in one of the menu.

Right click on the icon in the taskbar and go to "Change Notification Options". You should be able to change them in there. I think in 2006 you may have to open Norton and go to Options at the top and turn the notes off.
