No, I'm afraid not. Avocado is fairly good for the heart because of its monounsaturated fats, but it is high in calories, so eating too much of it won't be very helpful. That's all it does.
There is no food that increases libido. The closest that we have to a food that does that is chocolate. Dark chocolate, of more than 70% cocao. It has phenylethalamine in it, one of those really "feel good" sexual neurotransmitters. Phenylethalamine is produced when we are first in love and during sex itself. So chocolate, while it doesn't excite to sexual activity, makes one a little bit more receptive to it.
Not nearly as much as respect, giving, listening, and caring for that person does, though. If you want to increase someone else's libido, make that person the center of your attention. If you want to increase your own, make that person the center of your attention.
It'll work every time.
