Cold weather has the effect to do that.
Especially clothes that come right out of the dryer as well.
Try from frizz control creame.

Happens in the winter. The dry air. Use a fabric softner with your laundry. Rubbing a candle on your clothes will also remove the static charge while you are dressing if the dryer and dryer sheet is not an immediate option. The candle trick is very effective. A large pillar candle works best. As for the hair, avoid blow dryers and use a conditioner. Under extreme circumstances the spray "static guard" they sell in the laundry isle at the store can also be used. Spray in your hair brush before brushing. This will help with the frizzies but may cause slight limpness to some hair styles.

Weather... when it gets colder.. it just happens. This will sound weird, but you can rub yourself down with Dryer sheets. they will remove the static electricity from your hair and make the flyaways lay down

that's what happens in the winter! it's getting very dry out and especially soft and fluffy kinds of sweaters will get staticy...and of course hair! i hate it too!
try putting lotion on you before you get dressed
and for you hair you can find some products at stores that could help or if you put lotion on your hands and rub it in your hands and then just brush your hands through your hair to get some moisture in it that should help....just try not to cause lots of friction!

happens in the winter. use dryer sheets and rub them all over yourself. it works! even though you smell like you went through a dryer, you can easily fix that with perfumes and stuff :-)
