If I do a run on cookies shortly before the computer freezes and shortly after, it seems like the cookies that were recently deleted are back.

Where have they been sitting if they were supposed to have been deleted? Why are they still present in the computer?

I looked this up on the net and the only thing I can come up with is spy-ware. If you don't already have it installed try Ad-Aware Personal (free version ) and scan your computer.

The download link is below if you need it..........
