I guess it depends what sign you're more like. If you are more like a Pisces, then those are the best matches. If you are more Aquarius-like, then try fora= a Libra, Gemini, or fellow Aquarius. but in the end, love is what matters. Astrology is rules, not laws, and rules can always be broken ^_^

Honestly, you are one sign or the other. You're born more so under the sign of Aquarius than Pisces, so I'm almost betting you have an Aquarius sun. Plus, you said you were odd. That would make me think even more that you were an Aquarian sun.
However, you can go to www.astro.com to make a birth chart. While you may have an Aquarius sun, you could have a lot of planets that have moved into the sign of Pisces, giving you more Pisces influences. Or, (chances are slim but still there) you could have a Pisces sun and most of your planets are still dwelling in Aquarius.
Now the best matches for Aquarius (only based on sun signs, there is SO much more to compatbility using astrology, but it gets into birth charts and synastry) are Gemini, Leo, Aries, Libra, and Sagittarius. Now if you have more Piscean influence, all of those signs are really bad matches for Pisces. Pisces are the most compatible with Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn, Taurus, and Virgo.

Ok first you are not on the cusp. Cusps in February are from the 18th to the 20th only because of the short month.
Second, I would suggest you get to know each person regardless of signs. You never know if a cancer would be the best match for you or a libra. You should focus on what attracts you to each person, what are your common interests and beliefs.

17th is on a cusp. Whoever said we are not, is wrong!! I was married to a gem/cancer cusp for 30 years. He was lazy, controlling, abusive, blamed me for everything that went wrong. Couldn't keep a job, had no common sense, preferred God to family yet thought watching porn till 3am was ok. And I"M the evil one??? Right!! Does anyone think i would want to be with a gem or cancer ever again??? I've dated every sign since my divorce and the best one was a Sag.
