Well, the Leafs were old pre-lockout, but not really now. Wellwood, Steen, Stajan, and Coliacovo are all in their early 20s, only a few others are in their late 20s, and Sundin, Tucker, O'Neill, Kaberle, and McCabe are only in their early to mid 30s. That's not really old.

They are not old but you'd be surprised. Nine guys on the Make Beliefs are 30 or older. I was shocked that Battaglia was just 31. Seems like that guy has been around forever bouncing from team to team.

If you take out Chelios, Detroit is young. Chelios brings up the team's average by about ten years but without him the Wings have a nice and young team this year. What a change...

Leafs are one of the six original teams. Thats why they are old.

well they are among one of the oldest teams age-wise along with detroit. the wings don't have as many old farts as they did last year. i think detroit is faster than toronto. i ain't knocking toronto but they aint so young either.
