I'm not sure why you would question Orange or Red, it seems to me that's more or less common place these days. As far as Pink, I guess if you have questions about your femininity when you put on pink then you might wonder about wearing this color but a confident person that knows what direction he's going in life shouldn't even think twice about it. You know the saying "real men wear pink"

All those colors are bold and make a statement (depending on the tone and intensity, of course). But the real kicker is not the color... it is the confidence of the person wearing it.
Of course, skin tone and such should be taken into consideration when choosing colors to wear. But these colors should not be discarded simply because they don't fall in the "mild-mannered" category.
HOWEVER, when wearing colors that stand out (or when wearing ANYTHING that really stands out), the key is the comfort and confidence of the person wearing it instead of the actual properties of the garment. A guy can look great in a purple and green paisley (which I happen to hate) shirt if he has the attitude or the personality to pull it off. I happen to hate pink but I must admit that a guy I know looks GREAT in pink. NOT because of the color, per se. But because he CAN wear it. His partner, however, looked horrid (although it complemented his complexion) primarily because he looked uncomfortable wearing it.
So here are a couple rules of thumb when shopping for color:
... choose a color that suits your skin tone
... DON'T choose a color/style just because it is bright or unusual
... know what you can pair it with to tone it down, hype it up, or make it classy
... WANT to wear it... if you feel comfortable and confident in a color, then it is a good color for you.

No I don't
I think anyone should be able to wear whatever color they like.
I know a cop that looks fabulous in a baby pink izod with dockers and he's about the manliest man The Munya knows, besides Mr. Munya. Who does wear red and orange.

naw, i mean i think guys, (or even girls) can wear whatever color they want. you shouldn't be discouraged by what gender roles tell you. just because a guy wears pink, orange, or red does not stereotype him to be any different from other guys. course, i don't wear much pink, but that's because of my own interests. i wear lots of red, and seldomly orange. and of course, i wear many other colors too...as long as it matches with everything else, you're fine!

No guy should ever, ever wear Pink. Orange is ok because its the national color for Holland and looks good with the football jersey. Red is not bad, depending on what it is, T-shirt...yes, Sweater...No.

I think guys look great in pink, it doesn't have to be girly. What's wrong with the colors orange and red, though? They are in no way girly, or ever considered such.

Depends on their hair and facial colouring. A really carrot-topped red-head with very pale skin probably shouldn't wear those colours but there's no real reason why a guy can't wear those colours
