I believe in ghosts but you would have to prove to me that you have ghosts for me to start to answer this question.

Call your local college and ask if they have any para psychologists on staff.If it is a real haunting,and they do exist,they can help.Most spirits are harmless.Perhaps if someone died before their time in your house,they are still present,and just want to stay in familiar surroundings.Google the word Parapsychologist,and ask for advice.My Mom came to my house 5 days after she died.She has not been back,but she was definately here.

Sometimes the negative energy stays behind from prior hurtful deeds of the past. You have to tell it to leave with a strong conviction and some people use the lord's prayer. Buy a bundle of sage and light it. Walk the whole perimeter of the house and repeat your wishes and prayer. The choking sensations may be something else. If you choked to death in a past life, you may be reliving the sensation. Pray to accept your past and to live to benefit others in this life. The choking should stop.Good luck and I hope this resolves your problems.

Go to Mary Ann the Ghost Buster's web site. If you call her from your house she claims she can tell you what's going on. The TV show Ghost Whisperer is based on her life. In the mean time, tell them that they are not welcome there and to get out. Don't try to be nice.

well i used to live in a very haunted house in California and what i did was got out of there as quick as i could it scared the crap out of me almost literally or you could have a priest come out with the holy water and do his thing you could also have a sycic come out but personally if the place doesn't meen anything to you then start packing up those boxes and move into a hotel if you have to

I know I would just run! That is crazy stuff. Let someone else deal with it, is what I say. I heard once they can attach themselves to you if you stick around to long and you are stuck with them for life!

You have to tell the spirt to leave your house, however, since it seems to be violent you may consider having your house blessed.

get some whole white sage(smudge) and burn it in every room, while opening the windows and telling it to please leave. then reinforce it with a sage candle whenever you need to.
(yankee sage & citrus is fine)... Very cleansing.
