Aishwariya is a person who can't act at all. She depends on media attention to promote her ugly face and her stupid acting. Has she very been complemented for decent acting? She wants media attention to get her on the front pages of the Newspapers. She wants to be the talk of the town.. no wait... of the world. If she has a relationship with an actor (a decent innocent boy from a well brought up family, soooooo unlike her) then her films are must-watch-just-to-see-whether-Ash-and-so-and-so-make-a-hot-couple. She becomes the gossip item of the country. If she and so-and-so make a 'hot' pair, then Ash (who deserves to be drowned in a well) gets more offers to act with innocent Mr.So-And-So. Her career gets a boost (and Ash thinks she's very smart to hook up with Mr. So-and-So) She is a emotionless, manupliative person (who acts worse than a 2 year old) who has a bad upbringing, that's why she resorts to such moral-less deeds. In short- Ash hooks up with these big stars just to beautify her ugly image with gossip and cheap deeds.

It has nothing to do with the men being big stars or just twinkling starlets. Romance is a common thing when you are working in the same place. They understand each other because they have the same profession, same problems, same interests, etc.
they spend a lot of time together.
Basically, all actors are very lonely people. They have no time to be themselves, they live the lives of their characters.
So if they feel better if they have a soulmate nearby, let them. They will act better & we will enjoy their performance more if they are in high spirits.
