You get the EXP. share from Mr. Stone, head of Devon in Rustbro city. Once you've delivered his letter to Steven, go back to him and talk to him. He'll then give the EXP. share to you.

after you deliver the letter to Steven, go back to the huge building in rustburo city, and mr. what ever his name is on the top floor at the desk (i havent really went through the story for a long time) he'll thank you for delivering the letter, and give the exp. share.

u get it at Rusburto City in a big building where u have to go to the highest level of the building.Talk to the on the desk man then u get it.

ok, you get it at the lilycove department store(not sure where)
or aparently you can get it in rustborow too.
and it's good to see aomeone else who still likes pokemon, are you planning on getting diamond or pearl or both?
