The headlamps on my Honda are rough and cloudy. I would like to be able to polish them and make them clear again.

I hate plastic lenses... Most of the time I see then they just need to be replaced.... They are not dirty but are normally little micro cracks from heat....

You can polish the headlamp just like any other party of the car usually start out with 1500 grit then work your way up to 2000 then 2500. After the lenses have been sanded you can buff them with a air or electric buffing wheel use a white buffing pad such as wool or a foam pad with white rubbing compound until you see the fine scratches gone then go over it with a black foam pad with Grey or black glazing compound. that should revive the headlamp lens

I don't remember the name of it but you can by some stuff at the parts store to clean them with. If they are real bad, it won't make them like new but it will make them look a whole lot better.

this stuff works great used on my motorcycle windscreen and my Subaru's Plastic headlights.

wet sand with 1000 grit sand paper. then buff out.
