The lights keep going on if my automatic is all the way to left (min) they come on automatically. if i have it in the middle my lights still come on when ever they feel like it . I just put a new battery in about 8 months ago a new alternator 2 weeks ago . there was a security alarm system put on prior to me buying the care from previous owner but they disconnected the horn . the lights flash on an off now an then like the alarm is going off . HELPPPPP anyone i need answers please . Is this a electrical problem . This is the worst car ive ever had in my life all electric lol please anyone have answers ?????

Hello, Yes your car came with a factory alarm and someone has disconnected the horn from the alarm feature, the lights flashed in unison with the alarm. The only way to turn the flashing lights off now is to put your door key in the door lock and turn it. That is why the horn feature was turned off, because you have to get out of the car to turn the alarm off. Voila

Take it to a good mechanic and have then unhook the alarm system. A good majority of after market alarms are often hooked up rather poorly and exhibit irritating characteristics as yours appears to be.

Try changing you dimmer switch on a 92 buick they are under the stearing wheel even change the head light switch if it still does it their is a short or a bad wire somewhere

have the after market alarm system completely removed. its probably defective. this should solve your problem. or it will help solve some of the problems and then you will know what is exactly happening
