i picked up this horror book at the public library a couple years ago. i did not have much time to read it and barely started to read it by the time i had to return it. i really want to finish reading it now! i dont know the author and the only clue i can give you about the books name is that it had something to do with either a green dragon or dragon talisman. i also believe that it was a part of a series. the few pages that i did read were about a girl who was in an insane institute for supposibly burning her skin off. the setting was somewhere in the new englans area from what i remember. that is all i can tell you. I hope that someone has read this before. PLEASE HELP!

I haven't heard of this kind of story. Go back to the library, tell the Librarian what you remember about the book. I have also went to retail bookstores, told the clerk what I was looking for and they generally find it for me.
