i read that on the bread and bakery items the color represents what day of the week it is good till

This is true, the twist ties do represent days of the week, but the color is different depending on the manfuacturer. You would need to contact your favorite bread producers to determine what thier color code is and make the best decision based on the information they give you.

Monday because you've an entire new week to were given with the help of. Like artwork & college. and also you've been with the help of two entire days of sound asleep previous due and then getting up on a Monday early isn't so relaxing.

This is very true it varies from store to store ...If you look in th back of the shelf you may find bread laying side ways not facing out these are the freshest.

Omg, that is so cool, I never even thought about that, I thought that they just randomly put the twisties on there, its so wierd that they actually represent something. Sorry for not answering your question, I just really wanted to express my amazement after reading that,lol.
