when i turned my pc on just now i couldnt get connected and was shown some official looking letter stating they could cut my service. when i called the lady said i had to speak with a "higher-up". that she didnt know what it was about. Could this be behind downloading 2much?

Tier one is usually the tech support guys
Tier two is normally like the higher tech support guys
Tier three was always our operations department
Could be different for time warner. Odds are though if they cut your service and issued a Tier 3 right away, you did something wrong.. such as Downloaded and Shared movies, music, or something copywirted....... You use torrents?
If the MPAA or RIAA complains.... Time Warner could cut your service.

i have time warner. good luck. they messed my system up. i lost every thing because they made a mistake. i had to start from new, i lost a 198,000 files,and 45 programs had to be reinstalled. i lost so much work and info. and they said sorry and to bad about my luck.
