hmmm....welll.....its probably telling u to take more responsibility and to look more closely into who u r voting for and see wat they will do to improve the poverty issue all around the world especially in africa

Since it's a binary decision (yes or no, up or down) the line has to be drawn somewhere for taking the trouble to have a vote at all to make any sense.
