Iridal has the right idea but got varibles reversed.

Just put in y = f(x) form:

Y = X/1.702...

This is a straight line though (0,0) with a positive slope.

Now, restrict 1 < X <100 and solve for Y
then restric 1 < Y < 100 and solve to X
