I have heard mixed reviews on both. I have seen both on their respective shows but to me I rate them both the same. Can anyone help me?

Carlos Mencia is hilarious and Dave Chapelle use to be really funny, now he's just lame.

I dont really watch Dave Chappelle i have heard that hes really funny. Carlos Mencia is hilarious though. I watch all of his episodes.

Carlos Mencia is so much funnier...at least thats what I think. I have never been a big fan of chappelle.

I love Carlos i went and saw him in Chicago and he did a 2 hour show instead of an hour since we went to the late night show. Dave has his moments but Carlos says things that really make u laugh
