I am currently Head of all Information Security "Director of Information Security" at a Fortune 500 Company. I have 13 years Information Security and Technology management.
BS in Business Administration from small private college in CA.
I have a 620 GMAT (first time on Test) and 3.5 GPA
I am 31 years old

Also what should I do to increase my chances. Will they give wieght to the fact that I am not looking for a Finance job like everyone else. But I do have Finance Company Experience for 13 years.

You have a shot. The average GMAT at top schools is a little higher than yours -- but your GPA is in the right range, and you have plenty of work experience.
