This site here has some info on that process: http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/wscript/

You also need to be aware that there is a VIRUS with the same name too. What you can do is go online and try other free antivirus scanner to see if it detect the same wscrip.exe, it most of them does then it's a virus masquerade as a window process--it probably overwrite the real wscript.exe with its own. What Antivirus scanner are you using?? There's also a possibility that the scanner mistook wscript.exe for a virus since it shared the same name. You can try to unistall your main antivirus and download and install another scanner to see if you still have the same message. The scanner i highly recommended is Avira, you can get it here for free : http://www.free-av.com/
If you don't like it you can always uninstall it and go back to your scanner.

This may well be a virus component, needed to help execute the virus:

read this:
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=VBS_EXPOSED.A

and this:
http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=VBS_EYEMAGIC.A

then get this:
Get AVAST
1. Remove what you have now. It didn't do right did it? Dump it
2. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and delete the anti-virus program you have now,
if you have one;
then use your Search feature, type in the name of your current anti-virus program
if you have one > right click and delete any instance it finds.

3. Get this neat free program
Get FREE Home version of an excellent anti-virus software = AVAST
http://avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html....
Install > run > do a thorough scan
and allow it to run on your computer all the time.
Whatever it finds > select DELETE

The annual registration and frequent updates are free too.

it means that the wscript.exe is labeled as a imminent threat to your pc. You should delete it, unless you know what it is. Your virus scan should give you that option.
