I should point out that there is no way a Siberian tiger or any other animal can kill an adult grizzly bear. Bear cubs, definitely but the tiger will be toast if the mother bear catches it. Which is not likely, since tigers can outrun bears, but bears have the advantage of sheer strength.

The only *unarmed* animals capable of killing a healthy adult grizzly are polar bears and other grizzly bears.

The Siberian tiger will eat bears in winter (though not as it's main food source). Mostly black bears but also the Asiatic brown bear, which is the same species as the Grizzly - Ursos arctos.

I am not joking (there are enough funny responses above I feel I should mention this)

Timberwolves will try to separate the mother from her cubs, keep her distracted and occupied, then prey on the cubs. Big, adult male grizzlies of no relation to the cubs are a bears biggest enemy. Other than that, no, not really.

Yes, man is its enemy. As man continues to spread out we take land from the wildlife forcing these creatures into smaller natural areas. If a bear enters our land we will sometimes kill him for trespassing. When animals cross roads they are sometimes killed by automobiles. Bears are big automobiles are bigger.
In nature a pack of wolves will defend its kill against bears but usually none of the animals is killed.
