he lies about stupid things,wich means i dont belive him tho...even if are stupid lies i kinda dont belive him anymore...

You can't make him stop...it's who he is.
Find someone with more character next time.

Stop listening. Stop "reacting" to things he says that have no substance or bearing. Ignore those things as if they weren't said.
Instead, reinforce and respond positively to things that are meaningful, even if you have to direct the conversation yourself.
If you control the focus, he will either follow your cue or go away if he's not interested.
Note: With some friends, I had to come right out and tell them
"I know with some people, you have to say things like that before they will pay attention and listen. But that doesn't work for me. You don't have to say all that, it irritates me. Just tell me things straightforward where I can understand you, and that works better. All that other stuff just makes me not want to listen."

First of all, you can't "make" anyone 'do' anything. If he is a liar, then stay away from him. Surround yourself with people that have integrity and 'lift' others up. Sounds like he is a miserable, unhappy person. Walk away.

A dishonest person isn't much of a person. Time to find some new friends and maybe your sudden absence will give him a clue, but likely not.

you better make him feel how much he is making you stupid also...
if he is lying to you about stupid things then maybe he thinks that you could easily be fooled by him.
so better make him think and feel that you are not like that.
