I get that way too, but I"m 42 and I think mine is hormonal. Maybe yours is too....your hormones could be out of whack. Keep a journal as to when it happens. Is it around the time of your period or ovulation? Talk to your doctor. Maybe you just need to take some B vitamins.

It is normal.
Your body sometimes needs rest. But if it is very common try doing some excercise, running or whatever you like, it gives you lots of energy. Also drink a lot of water!
hope it helps!

you could be depressed. depression can cause lethargy and fatigue. you should also however get some blood work done to check your iron levels and your thyroid. from what you mentionned though about the comfort foods and t.v., it sounds like you're a little depressed.

Your not the only one that way. It can range from depression, to exhaustion. You need to look at what brings it on and what doesn't. Seems like I always get a jolt of being tired when my wife wants me to go shopping.

you could have a thyroid condition. these can be easily corrected with medication. see an endocrinologist for more information

it could also be you are not getting enough sleep. are you getting more than eight hours of sleep?

you could also not be excersising enough. get out and take a brisk jog and see how you feel!

These symptoms may be an early warning sign of clinical depression. Have you been through any "psycho-trauma" lately?
