Should people have to apply & qualify to have children? (drug tests, mental evaluation, credit check- etc.)?

I think that people should have to apply to have children because theres soo many case's of people that abuse and rape thier children, and people like that dont deserve to have the privlage of having children

People do the dippie do and along comes baby stupid look and all. Now that the kid is here I think we should take away only the obvious kids from the target parents:
- Any girl under 16 wave goodbye. No, family cannot have the kid because this is the family the little hooker came from.
- Any kid born under the influence unless it can be proven that the father or boyfriend conspired to get the kid taken away by slipping mom a mickey and then his noodle.
- Any mother who stays with an abuser, an addict or an actor loses the kid. As to the actor, it depends upon whether or not I like the actor.
- Any woman who has a kid by O.J. Simpson loses the kid because no tramp of such low quality should be allowed to have a kid.
- Any woman who is so stupid that she holds the kid by an arm or by the neck should lose the kid.
- Any woman who watches Dr. Phil or Martha Stewart should be jailed and lose custody during her stay in the facility
- Any woman who already has two kids and actually wants a third is likely to want a fourth, fifth and sixth and therefore should be stopped at two.
- Other situations as they arise will be evaluated by me and I will give a ruling.

Unfortunately, I don't think that it is fair or constitutional to take away the personal rights of childbearing. You can't give people rules about having to use protection because sometimes sex is a spur of the moment decision and sometimes protection doesn't even work.
But otherwise, as unfair as it may be for the kids I don't think people should have to do that. However, a mental institution (for example) could reccomend that a woman get her tubes tied if her mental condition does not see her fit to be a mother. And maybe hospitals should provide mother's getting ultrasounds with drug rehab councelors. Credit check is a wrong criteria though because how can you tell people they can't have a kid just because they don't have money?

I agree with you, my parents are a prime example of two people who never should have had children. They both should have had their head examined. As far as a credit check, I don't think you can ever have enough money to have kids.

properly that's real that there seems a decline in the cost of "kinfolk",it starts properly beforehand infants are ever conceived. Why are people who're no longer in long term era dedicated relationships being irresponsible and making infants they don't seem to be waiting for and don't possibly choose,in basic terms for some momentary egocentric exhilaration? Why do human beings think of they have the "determination" to in simple terms in simple terms walk far off from a new child? Why while they walk away do they think of their customary jobs end? See till human beings provide up having intercourse with strangers and indiscriminately making infants,and start to properly worth existence,and kinfolk ,the matters will proceed. As to checking out,in my opinion i think of human beings could desire to be examined beforehand being allowed to make infants..era,yet that may no longer susceptible to take place,so if custodial mom and father are to be examined then non custodial mom and father could desire to be examined as properly...the two or none.
