Most likely you would have to call nintendo's hotline and ask them to get another one if there is warrenty or you could go to the website and send the an e-mail.

A dead pixel is just that but more it means the whole screen is fubar. It cannot be repaired only replaced, the screen that is. Sorry but thats the long and the short of it.
