Depending if you need it just for eye area, Lancome and Kiehls are both very good for removing eye makeup.
There are some other which is good for face makeup removing (including eye makeup), they are more oil-based. You can check out some better ones here: http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=&ff_name=ReviewList&ff_param_section=2&ff_param_cat=21&ff_param_limit=10&ff_param_order=SubmissionDateNew

Let me tell you about a great one. Philosophy Purity Made Simple You really need to try this one, it's awesome. It is a make up remover, facial wash and basically skin toner all in one. I know what you are thinking, "those all in ones are never very good". This one is the best. I use Lancomes mascara with thier cils booster underneath, difficult for any remover. Purity Made Simple takes it off great, and it does not irritate my eyes at all. You've got to try it, good luck. Here's a link http://www.philosophy.com/web/store/product_10001_10001_-1_25583

Lancome is my first choice, however, if you don't want to spend $20+ on a bottle of eyemake up remover, I have found that Maybelline oil free make up remover (clear bottle with blue lettering) works just as good. However, I do not recommend Maybelline Moisturizing Remover (clear bottle/pink lettering). It is far too oily and tends to make your eye make-up slide off all day long.

Shu Uemura cleansing oils, HANDS DOWN. :) It's a little expensive but it's worth every penny. It's so fragrant (it has a really light, calming smell, really) and non-comodegenic. It even takes out eye makeup in one wipe. Besides, it comes in a big bottle and I use it up in a year. My favorite!

Baby oil, if you got dry skin. Plain glycerin soap? Really why gunk up the streams with that make up goo running down the drain?
