its oil injected but doesn't work.so i'm mixiing the fuel myself to get by. i just dont want to wreck it

That depends on the operating conditions.
I would suggest 32-40 to 1 normally, but possibly as rich as 24 to 1 under some conditions.
(So long as you aren't "oil fouling" the plug you should be OK, and in this case, a little too much is better than not enough!)

HOWEVER

Your carb jets are NOT designed for "pre-mixed" fuel and you are probably running too "lean" on the fuel using a pre-mix, which is also bad for the engine.

I would get it the injector system fixed ASAP.

I have a sears 7 /a million/2 h.p. motor. Mine is an older motor, yet I run a million/2 pint oil to three gallons of gas, a million pint to 6 gallons of gas. this can or gained't be what the generating unit recommends, yet my motor does O. ok. on it.

try 40 to 1 it's a safe mix

not positive but arnt all polaris atv's oil injected?
