It really depends how old you are because, if you are an adult and the person that you are fighting is an adult or younger than you can get into big trouble.
If you are just a teenager, then I would say sure! beat his *** if he deserves it! The most a teenager can get for fighting is a ticket and maybe a civil suit if the guy you beat up is really a punk.
It might not be the smartest thing to do on your part, because you should be mature and not put yourself into risky situations but sometimes the only way for people to learn is for them to get their *** beat a couple of times.

Actually I would not play that person's game, I would expose their dirt in such a way that when it is all said and done, they would always think twice about crossing me again. God dont like ugly and He aint to keen on pretty, either.
