NO. I have checked it out and it is a scam. Send them no info and delete everything and report it as spam!

It's a phishing scam....looking for personal info to commit fraud against you or steal money.
Delete it. I get several lotto emails and so does my wife....it's junk.

Sounds like a scam to me....did you get this from an e-mail??? If so delete it.
