California doesn't touch, we have laws against that, but it borders AZ, NV and OR, as well as the state of Frontiera de Baja California of Mexico... if you count the pacific ocean as a border you could include Hawaii, Alaska and Washington...
In a way, California touches the world through film production and our robust agricultural and technological economy.
