Count 14 days or so from the very 1st day of your period, that's also the 1st day of the cycle. Should be the time of ovulation. Signs maybe, increased lubrication/ discharge or maybe a little twinge of pain. Of course, there maybe no sign at all. about 14 days later (give or take) the cycle will start again with another period.

Ovulation can be very tricky to predict. Some women have menstrual cycles that are very regular like clockwork and they may be able to count days between periods to get an idea. Basal body temperature using a special thermometer and charting your waking temperature may give you a clue as well. Both of these methods require discipline and charting. Other methods include watching the discharge or cervical mucous from the vagina; and possibly a scope that watches for patterns in dried mucous that you can buy at a drugstore. Also for things you can buy, you can get a kit that tests the hormone levels in your urine over a 7 day time period.
