okay. i've had my fun of bashing people who believe that SSM marriage is wrong. but i think it's time that i actually listen to the other side. so why are you against same sex marriage? please, no comments "because god says it's wrong" that is not a valid reason, religion should have no weight in the decisions of the court. i want you guys to think logically, of how this will/might have an impact on your life.
and people who are for SSM, let them speak, it is their turn. you can debate but please no flaming. and please no god related answers i will dismiss those answers.

Besides the fact that marriage IS ordaind of God and God created it. There is the ''committement'' factor. It holds adults into a stronger committement than if just dating.
Without it... well, look at our society... its falling apart so fast.

I just don't think a legal marriage is necessary. I'm single and I'm not getting any special rights...so, maybe instead giving gay people rights, they should take away rights from married people. Why are married people so special anyway?

Okay... I have asked this many many times before:
If two men, three dogs, 4 cats, 14 SPIDER MONKIES, 12 cows, a ferret, two stupid gold fish, a pair of pants, some shoes, and a chimpanzee all love eachother, then whom am I or you to say that they are not? Are you going to deny them love?
BTW; I am not against "sam"-sex marriage.

but same-sex marriage I do not agree with. same-sex unions with the same benefits as a married couple - I do agree with.
