It falls from the sky so gracefully,
when it lands it glissens like little diamonds,
After time it accumulates into a big blanket of white fluff,
you can play, build, and even play sports in it.
Snow, Snow, Snow.

I know i suck lol I am not poetic at all but this is what came 2 me in a minute.

A Snow Flake fell upon the ground.
Soon there were snow flakes falling all around.
Those snow flakes fell without a sound.
And soon they covered, the whole town.

People are like snow flakes, all different shapes and sizes.
We all tend, to go our separate ways, with seldom compromises.
Sometimes we stick together, just like the snow flakes do.
Sometimes we choose a different path, it's up to me and you.

Sometimes the wind takes snow flakes, where they don' t want to go.
It's just the same with people, there are some that you might know.
But snow flakes have a reason, that they were put upon this earth.
When springtime comes and snow flakes melt, they help bring about rebirth.

So when you see a snow flake, falling from the skies above.
It's just another way that God, sends us all his love.
Snow flakes stand for purity, and on a moonlit night.
You can see the world, all dressed in winters white.

People are like snow flakes, some are big and some are small.
But don't think that there all alike, because they are not like that at all.
People just like snow flakes, have some differences you see.
But all in all there special, just like you and me.

See the pretty snowfakes
Falling from the sky;
On the wall and housetops
Soft and thick they lie.

On the window ledges,
On the branches bare;
Now how fast they gather,
Filling all the air.

Look into the garden,
Where the grass was green;
Covered by the snowflakes,
Not a blade is seen.

Now the bare black bushes
All look soft and white,
Every twig is laden, --
What a pretty sight!

Here's my best guess:
Think of some words that rhyme with snow (blow, go, know, flow, etc.) and make some sentences about your feelings for snow.
Arrange the words so every other sentence ends with the rhyming word.
Another way to write the poem, would be to follow the instructions in this link:

crystaline dew on trees

white snow, white snow
softly floating down.
white snow, white snow
covering all the town
sent from Heaven to show us
the message of love
turning everything white,
from far,far above.

Snow falling down down
across my face
stinging my nose
Making my cheeks red.
against the white frosty
Fat flakes
That when I taste them
they taste like wet dirt.
