Today I was doing some work in my college's study room, I looked out the window, and the sunset was just starting and when the light hit the ice that had glazed over everything...it was so surreal and i felt like i was taken out of my place and shown the BIG picture for a moment...

that sounds like an awesome experience, but it is purely human nature to be unsatisfied...its how we survive. we are always trying to improve ourselves, our families, our friends, our careers, our environments...everything. we're always on the lookout for something better, but maybe it is possible to step outside what is natural and instinctual for just a moment occasionally for a moment of pure happiness...interesting concept...

big picture when I can go after work on summer day...to the ocean shore just sit there....and look at the ocean. And be thankful to GOD for whatever i have.
