Reading usually helps take your mind off school and listening to music. Sometimes, taking a nap helps too. However, my favourite is pigging out snacks and watching TV, lol :D Have fun relaxing!

Take a short nap. It re energizes and relaxes so you can tackle the mountain of homework your teachers assigned! XD
Also, listen to classical music; it stimulates the mind while relaxing the body at the same time. I suggest Mozart or Beethoven.

Usually after a stressful day, I think I'm giving myself a break by watching clips on YouTube, surfing the web, IMing people or spending time on Facebook, but this stuff only gets you more aggravated sometimes. The best way to reenergize is to take a nap--hands down.

Turn on the music and surf the net. Talk to friends, chat, and do what u want to do. That's what I do everyday afterschool when I'm stressed.
