I am doubly diabled, in another year I will be blind.
Soc sec has been giving me the shaft for more than 10 years now, by their own admission they owe my children a great amount of money in soc sec back payments, yet I can not even get a soc sec no for my children, all papers are in order, and all applications are with soc sec, have been for more than one year. when I contact them they tell me we are working on it.
I am running out of time, and for me to return to the US and pursue a claim, will involve a great deal of planning, and a great financial sacrifies.

You can try but I suggest that you contact an attorney or legal aid. They can tell you the best approach at resolving the issue and what not to do. Good luck

If I'm almost homeless and disabled and the social security administration keeps telling me that I can just go out and get any job even though I have doctors and surgeons and therapists telling them that I am disable and have been for over three years trying to get benefits that I have worked for, then can I sue them for attorney costs, emotional, mental and physical damages to my body, mind and spirit??!!? Huh, can I?

thus, the Feds / Obama are doing the right element. no human being else in Washington has performed squat on Immigration Reform. you could not have human being states take it on on the state element. that is a Federal responsibility. So, Obama has to emphasize the issue with Arizona to attain the right answer for the country.

Why are you out of the country? If you're SOOO DISABLED you should stay in one place. And why dont your children have Social Security Numbers already? Normally, when youre born, the people at the hospital give you forms to attain a SSN for the baby.
Youre just not with it are you?
