I can't even remember the answers to my security questions to log in. Is there a way to do it without logging in?

I have canceled my paypal account twice a while ago when I lost my password. I don't remember how I did it though; I just remember getting a link in my email asking to confirm the cancellation and I opened a new account with the same email address.

Unfortunately, I am in the same pit as you. I keep trying to logon with all that I can remember but it doesn't seem to want to register, so i'm trying to cancel also.
I come to the conclusion thay paypal is a waste. I prefer payment by check. Oh yeah...a phone call may be the only solution.

you should call pay pal direct. I don't think you can even cancel it. But talk to them

No.. but you can cntact paypal and ask them.. they have a cntact address.
