15 is pretty cold, your options would be limited to goldfish. Please note that fancy goldfish require 20 gallons of water each, and other goldies like commons, comets and koi require ponds.

Invest in a heater and you'll open up a world of possibilities.

60 to 75 degrees is quite a range. There are no tropicals that will survive the low end of that range. Your best bet is goldfish. They are coldwater fish and will live quite happily at the low end. 75 is kind of high for them though.

Live without much food.... why? Don't you want to take care of them? Is it a pond? Will it be filtered? All fish need filtration!

Platies can do well in those temperatures. But you will need to feed them at least every 3 days. feed them once every day if you want them healthy
